Quail Eggs Benefits

Custom face mask with quail eggs began when I started to feel my facial skin dull though not acne but are afraid to do the treatments in the salon that many of them use chemicals or lasers or excessive peeling will not only hurt me because in addition to expensive , not necessarily drugs suitable for my

skin but also the impact of peeling that little by little will make my skin thinning.

So I started looking for something that can help me naturally to make my face look more clean, bright, white and toned. Because it can not be lied to, with age as me, it should be a natural facial skin care to prevent premature aging.

Initially, I used the chicken egg white face mask once a week, but since I know that the quail eggs which only weighs 10-12 grams per item more useful than a chicken egg that weighs 50-70 grams per item both in terms of protein, vitamins or minerals, quail eggs also includes natural ingredients that will not cause allergies to the face.

If you want to also use as a face mask quail eggs like me, these steps to make it:

1. Clean the face of all the dirt. For example, make up after traveling.
2. Take one quail eggs and separate the white (albumen) and yellow (yolk) in a different bowl.
3. Beat the egg whites until frothy and thick then apply to the face that has been cleaned with water or cleanser.
4. Allow about 10-15 minutes until dry or until you can not move the face, or can't smile.
5. Clean your face with warm water

What about the yolk?

Well if the egg whites to tighten and make the skin smooth and bright alone, I also use egg yolks as a facial moisturizer.

Is the same as egg whites, just do not need to be in the shake. Apply only on your face and wait until dry. Rinse again with warm water without soap to clean. Warm water serves to develop pores that are beneficial to the face because eggs can absorb better.

Once the process is complete, take an ice cube and rub in the face. In addition to closing the pores expands, also can makes face more fresh.
